For nearly four decades, I have dedicated my life to connecting people with the beauty and spirit of the natural world. Since 1987, I have guided travelers on wildlife journeys across Africa and South America, creating experiences that go far beyond exploration. Each adventure reflects my deep respect for nature, my love of people, and my belief that meaningful encounters with wildlife can change the way we see the world and our place within it.
My passion for fostering connection between humans and animals led me to become the visionary behind Georgia Safari Conservation Park, a place where education, conservation, and inspiration come together in powerful ways. I believe that when people experience wildlife up close, they not only fall in love with it but are moved to protect it.
At Meridian Safaris, I bring this same philosophy to life, blending decades of travel experience with a heartfelt mission to craft journeys that inspire wonder, understanding, and stewardship. My greatest joy is helping travelers experience the world as both students and guardians of creation, carrying home not just memories but a renewed sense of purpose and connection.

My work reflects a lifelong passion for conservation, education, and travel, shaped by years of leading purpose-driven initiatives that connect people to the natural world. I helped bring the Georgia Safari Conservation Park to rural Georgia because I believe in the transformative power of authentic encounters with wildlife and the difference they can make in hearts and communities. These experiences have strengthened my belief that meaningful travel can inspire stewardship, foster connection, and leave the world better than we found it.

We begin with a personal consultation to learn about your dreams, preferences, travel window, budget, and group size. From there, we create a custom itinerary or connect you with the ideal small-group trip.

We recommend beginning the planning process 9–12 months before your intended travel dates. This allows us to secure the best accommodations and ensure availability at exclusive properties.

Each itinerary varies, but generally includes accommodations, guided experiences, in-country transportation, select meals, and curated excursions. International flights and optional add-ons may be additional.

Yes. Our team and partners provide 24/7 support. Whether it’s a last-minute change, special request, or reassurance along the way, we are always just a call away.

We can coordinate international flights for you or, if you prefer, you may book your own. In-country flights and transfers are seamlessly handled as part of your itinerary.

Both options are available. We create fully private adventures for families, couples, and groups, or you may join other like-minded travelers on one of our curated small-group journeys.
